Q: How did you get the name Stick-to-it Charts?
A: Many of the products we've created and used incorporate adhesive hook and loop; kids enjoy hearing that stick-to-it ripping sound! Not only that, children like sticking things on...what child can resist putting a sticker on their forehead or getting into a box of bandaids and sticking them all over their body? Ever had a child get into your stamps? Children love to stick. Therefore, Stick-to-it has a double meaning: chart pieces "stick" to the chart and by using our products, children learn to "stick" to their responsibilities.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We charge a flat fee of $5.95, whether you buy 1 item or 5. No complex shipping formulas; just 1 charge to remember. Your items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We believe in getting your order to you as soon as possible. We'll try our very best to ship within 24-48 hours.
Q: When will you have more products available?
A: Well, I guess it depends on how successful our Money Management System is. We do have many great ideas that we want to not only promote but help other families be successful with.
Q: Why did you create the STIC Money Management System?
A: Almost ten years ago, when our oldest daughter was 7, I had the desire to teach my kids about money. I started an allowance for them and taught them to give, save and spend. I wanted a simple method for them to keep track of and store their money. Thus, our Money Management System was born.
Q: What age should I start my children on the Money Management System?
A: They're never too young! I have a kit for my youngest child who just had her first birthday. Obviously, she doesn't do anything with it, but it's a good way for me to store the money she gets from Grandma for Christmas or from her Aunt for birthdays, for example. If you want your child to be hands-on, I would suggest beginning around 5 or 6, when they are learning to read and write. It's fabulous practice for them to count money, write on their ledger and establish an excitement about earning money and taking care of it. When all of my children were young, they would get so excited to get out their folders and record their money. Use your best judgment and also decide how much time you want to spend "assisting". The older the child equals less help from Mom and Dad, but the younger the child, the more moldable and teachable.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We strive to provide our friends with a quality product before it ships. We can provide a replacement of any piece if your product is damaged or if the quality does not meet your expectations. However, we cannot accept returns simply for buyer's remorse.
